Welcome to Cake Angels! We sincerely appreciate your trust in us to make your celebrations memorable. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline our policies regarding orders, deliveries, cancellations and refunds. By placing an order with Cake Angels, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Returns

• All cake orders are final. Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there has been an error from our side.
• If your order contains an error, you must contact us immediately upon receiving it. We will assess the issue and attempt to provide a suitable resolution, though a refund or replacement is not guaranteed.

2. Delivery Policy

• We provide quick delivery services within Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur, covering areas inside and around the Ring Road.
• Customers will be charged for orders even if delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:
  • Incorrect contact number or address provided.
  • Recipient does not answer the delivery team’s calls.
  • Last-minute changes in delivery time or address without prior notification.
  • Recipient refuses to accept the delivery without a valid reason.
  • Recipient is unavailable at the given address.

3. Customer Service

• We strive to make the ordering process smooth and convenient for our customers.

4. Payment and Order Confirmation

• Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or social media platforms.
• We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, Esewa, Bank Transfer, Khalti, fonepay and nepal pay. 
• For special cakes, such as customized designs or photo-printed cakes, full payment is required in advance.

5. Cake Quality and Exactness

• We strive to deliver cakes that match the images and descriptions on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to ingredient availability, seasonal decorations, and manual artistry.
• The flavors and quality will always be maintained, even if minor design differences arise.

6. Delivery Attempts

• We attempt delivery only once per order. A second attempt may be made under exceptional circumstances.
• No refunds will be provided if delivery fails due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address, incorrect contact details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept).

7. Night Delivery Policy

• Night delivery is available between 7 PM and 12 AM, and pre-payment is mandatory. Rates for delivery and cake will be finalised once the design is verified. An NRS 100 additional per pound late hour fee applies for night delivery service. 
• Orders placed after 4 PM are eligible for cake delivery only. For cakes, gifts, and flowers, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
